Minnesota broadcaster buys 7 local radio stations

A Minnesota broadcaster has agreed to buy seven Fort Wayne-area radio stations, three from Oasis Radio Group and four from Summit City Radio.

Adams Radio Group of Lakeville, Minn., said it is acquiring WJFX-FM, WBTU-FM and WHPP-FM from Oasis, and WGL-AM, WGL-FM, WXKE-FX and WNHT-FM from Summit City.

Terms were not disclosed.
