Read grant awarded

Easter Seals Arc of Northeast Indiana was awarded a Big Read grant from Arts Midwest and the National Endowment of the Arts. Easter Seals will partner with the Allen County Public Library, Ivy Tech Community College, the Jesters of the University of Saint Francis and Fort Wayne Cinema Center. The book “The Call of the Wild” has been chosen for the project, and residents can sign up and receive a free copy of the book, audio CD or an adaptive readers guide. There will be activities with the project, including weekly reading classes from October to May, visual arts display, a multimedia performance and community discussions.
