Milford man held in selling drugs

Smith

A Milford man is accused of selling oxycodone to undercover Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers.

Shane A. Smith, 26, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly selling the drug to undercover officers.

He’s been preliminarily charged with selling a controlled substance.

Kosciusko County Sheriff Rocky Goshert said that concerned citizens in the community were instrumental in Smith’s arrest.

He asked that the public call the Kosciusko County TIP line at 574-372-2494, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to leave anonymous information for any drug or criminal activity in the county.

Smith was being held on a $10,000 bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.
