Verbatim: Whitley issues travel advisory

Whitley County Emergency Management issued this news release tonight:

Advisory Travel restriction in effect due to high water and ponding on roads. Fog in the evening hours with 1/4 visibility. More heavy rain due this evening and warmer temperatures until overnight when the temperatures will drop. Possible snow flakes in the morning hours along with icy conditions, Please use caution when driving through high water. It is deeper than you think. Turn around don't drown. Please use caution when driving this evening and friday morning. High wind advisory until friday evening. 25-50 mph winds possible.
