Another snowfall record set in city

– The 2.9-inch snowfall Monday in Fort Wayne broke the record for Feb. 17.

This breaks the record of 1.8 inches set in 1924, according to a statement issued by the National Weather Service in northern Indiana.

By Thursday, northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio are expected to have highs near 49 degrees, with thunderstorms, fog and wind gusts up to 30 mph.
