Storm totals so far

These initial storm totals have been reported to the National Weather Service as of 6 p.m.:

  • 3.2 inches -- Near New Haven;
  • 3 inches -- Columbia City, Claypool;
  • 1.4 inches -- Near North Webster;
  • 1 inch -- Huntington.
In Van Wert, Ohio, the county's emergency manager reported thundersnow, with flakes the size of half-dollars and freezing rain mixed in.
