Police investigate Fort Wayne shooting

The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating a shooting at an apartment complex Thursday afternoon that left a male victim in serious condition.

Police were called to the 7900 block of Serenity Drive about 3:50 p.m.

The victim was taken to a local hospital in serious condition, police said.

No further details were immediately available.
