Goshen Avenue home damaged by fire

– Fort Wayne firefighters were called to the scene of a reported house fire at 710 Goshen Ave., early Thursday morning.

When crews arrived at the scene, the house was ablaze throughout the house and attic. Firefighters were able to get the fire under control in about 25 minutes.

According to the release, the home sustained heavy fire and smoke damage and moderate water damage.

No one was home at the time of the fire.

The fire remains under investigation.
