Saint Francis women win, now 25-0

And now it’s 25 in a row for the Saint Francis women’s basketball team.

The Cougars (25-0, 13-0 Crossroads League) pummeled Bethel 76-44 Wednesday, taking a 34-15 lead into halftime and never letting up.

Saint Francis it most of its damage inside. The Cougars outrebounded the Pilots 53-30, led by Brooke Ridley (21 points, 10 rebounds) and Kalah Baer (12 points, 16 boards). Skylarr Shurn also hit double figures for the Cougars with 15 points.

Saint Francis outscored Bethel 18-9 off turnovers and 24-14 in the paint.
