LaGrange County is under ‘Watch’ status

Statement as issued Wednesday morning by LaGrange County officials:

The LaGrange County Commissioners, in cooperation with the Sheriff, LaGrange County Highway and the LaGrange County Emergency Management have issued a Travel Watch (orange) for Lagrange County. Conditions will continue to be monitored and if a change happens, we will update our Facebook Page along with Nixle alerts.

Watch

Means that conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. During a "watch" local travel advisory, only essential travel, such as to and from work or in emergency situations, is recommended and emergency action plans should be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies, and other organizations.
