Ohio driver injured after striking guardrail, rolling

An Ohio driver was seriously injured this morning after striking a guardrail and rolling his vehicle several times, according to a statement from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

James A. Wolfrum, 28, of Ney, Ohio, was driving east on County Road 424 when he traveled off the north side of the road around 3:30 a.m. and his vehicle rolled, the highway patrol said in a statement.

Wolfrum was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash, the statement said. It said alcohol is suspected to be a factor.

Wolfrum was taken to Defiance Regional Hospital, the highway patrol said. The crash remains under investigation.
