Correction

Because of incorrect information provided to The Journal Gazette, a story on Page 1C Wednesday about Trine University’s physician assistant program included an incorrect enrollment number for the University of Saint Francis physician assistant program.

Saint Francis’s accreditation allows the university to enroll up to 78 students in the 2 1/2 -year physician assistant program, which averages 26 students in each of three peer groups. The program received more than 500 applications for admission last year, which resulted in Saint Francis admitting fewer than one in 20 applicants in 2013. The program does not have a quota.
