1 robbed at home

A man with dreams of opening his own head shop said he was robbed and brutalized in his home by two others with a gun.

Fort Wayne Police were called to the man’s home in the 1200 block of Dodge Avenue on Friday night.

There, the man said a man he knew and another he did not know came to his home so he could look at some firearms for them, according to a police report.

Once there, the two men threatened him with a gun, held a kitchen knife to his stomach, took his cash, some of his own guns and ammunition.

They also stole two or three large boxes containing numerous glass pipes as well some T-shirts.

According to the report, the man told police he was planning on opening a shop to sell the glass pipes. Before leaving, he said the two men used their victim’s shoelaces to tie him to the kitchen table.
