Noble under watch travel advisory

Noble County issued the following statement:

Advisory: Noble County under "Watch Travel Advisory" until further notice

After continually evaluation the county road conditions throughout the day, Noble County Commissioners have declared a "Watch Travel Advisory" until further notice

A “Watch” local Travel Advisory; means conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. During a "watch" local travel advisory only essential travel is recommended (i.e. to and from work, emergency situations, etc.). Emergency action plans have been or should be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies and other organizations.
