Wind Chill Advisory issued

The National Weather Service Northern Indiana has issued a Wind Chill Advisory until 1 p.m. Friday for Northeast Indiana.

Artic air has brought bitterly cold wind chills to the region. Wind chills of 15 below to 25 below are expected. Wind chills are likely to remain at least 15 below until midday.

The weather service urged caution when outside and take necessary precautions to prevent frost bite.
