3 men charged in burglary spree

Reyes- Henderson

Three Fort Wayne men were arrested last week in a string of burglaries and thefts from vehicles last October in the Twin Eagles addition near Huntertown.

Eric August, Christian Renschler and Guillermo Reyes-Henderson, all age 20, were each charged with felony burglary and were being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

In the early-morning hours of Oct. 22, three men broke into a garage and stole several items, according to the Allen County Sheriff’s Department.

The same evening, several cars were broken into and multiple items were taken from the vehicles.

A home surveillance video and the public’s assistance helped break the case, police said.
