3 held in Huntington meth bust

Three people were arrested early Tuesday on meth-related charges after Huntington and Huntington County detectives searched a room at a local hotel, police said today.

Police said they served a search warrant about 4 a.m. at a room at the Huntington Inn, 2998 W. Park Drive, because they suspected methamphetamine was being manufactured there.

Two meth labs and about three grams of meth were discovered in the room, police said.

They said three people in the room were arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.

Matthew A. Page, 30, of Huntington was being held at the county jail on $100,000 bond, police said. They said Justin L. Weese, 23, and Taryn N. Bomar, 25, both of Huntington, were being held at the jail on $50,000 bond each.

Members of the Huntington City and Indiana State Police meth suppression units processed the scene, police said.
