  • Meijer agrees to pay $2 million civil penalty
    The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced today that Meijer, Inc., of Grand Rapids, Mich., has agreed to pay a $2 million civil penalty for distributing recalled consumer products.

Sewer project work set on Harrison Street

FORT WAYNE – Southbound lanes on Harrison Street are scheduled to close between Superior and Main streets for several days next week.

The closure will begin by 7:30 a.m. Monday and end by 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, the Fort Wayne Traffic Engineering Department announced.

API Construction will install a storm line for the Ewing East/West storm sewer separation project in downtown Fort Wayne.
