Rodeo bull escapes from pen; charges fire department personnel

A cow described as a rodeo bull with large horns freed itself from a pen as it was being transferred for transport in Noble County Monday evening.

The quest to subdue the animal resulted in Kendallville Fire Department personnel being charged by the bull before it was eventually “put down for the safety of others,” a news release said.
