Engle Road restricted Friday

Engle Road will be restricted to one lane with flaggers Friday as part of a trail project, the city of Fort Wayne said today.

The project had previously been announced for Thursday, but was revised, the city's traffic engineering department said in a statement.

The restrictions between Jefferson Boulevard and Smith Road, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., will allow a contractor to continue with trail work along Engle, the statement said.
