Crescent Avenue United Methodist Church, 1232 Crescent Ave., will have a Taize meditation and worship service at 5 p.m. Sunday.

Trinity English Lutheran Church, 405 W. Wayne St., will have an evening prayer service at 4 p.m. Sunday.

University of Saint Francis, 2701 Spring St., will have the lecture, “Five Feasts of the Child Jesus” by Sister Felicity Dorsett, assistant professor of theology, at 3 p.m. Sunday in the north campus auditorium.

Ossian Church of the Nazarene in Ossian will have a presentation by an investigative journalist to disprove Christianity at 6 p.m. Sunday.

Aboite Baptist Church, 5700 Homestead Road, will have Tom Meyer, who will present the book of Ephesians in the Bible from memory, at 10:45 a.m. Sunday.

Victory Noll Center, 1900 W. Park Drive in Huntington, will begin the series “Movies & Popcorn” that promotes themes with undertones of faith and social justice. The first film, “Slavery By Another Name,” will be from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Friday. A donation of $10 is suggested. To register, call 260-356-0628 ext. 174 or email victorynollcenter@olvm.org.
