I-469 completely open after jackknifed semi slows traffic

Statement as issued Tuesday by the Indiana State Police:

Allen County-A jackknifed semi tractor-trailer was blocking the passing lane on westbound I-469 at the 29.2 mile marker (west of the Maplecrest Road exits). As a result, traffic was backing up and moving extremely slowly.

The roadway is now completely open.
