Fort Wayne man accused of dealing heroin

FORT WAYNE – The Indianapolis Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation announced Monday that Shawn C. Norman, 54, was arrested Friday on heroin-related charges.

The Fort Wayne man was arrested about 9:15 a.m. in the 3300 block of East Paulding Road on a charge of distributing 100 grams or more of heroin and possessing with the intent to distribute less than 100 grams of heroin, the FBI announcement said.

It said the investigation is being conducted by the Fort Wayne Police Department Vice & Narcotics Division and the FBI Fort Wayne Safe Streets Task Force.
