Mad Ants top Iowa

Ron Howard hit a shot in the closing seconds as the Mad Ants rallied in the fourth quarter to get past the Iowa Energy 117-115 on Thursday in Des Moines, Iowa.

Fort Wayne (4-5) outscored Iowa (6-4) 31-26 in the final quarter.

Howard and Aleksander Czyz each scored 21 points, and Will Frisby finished with 20 points. Trey McKinney Jones had 13 points and Chris Porter had 10.

Sadiel Rojas added six points and eight rebounds.

Iowa led 89-86 entering the fourth.
