A pair of 20-year-old Fort Wayne residents face felony charges in the robbery of a woman and the subsequent use of her credit cards.

According to court documents, on Dec. 5, a woman was held up at gunpoint outside a home in the 400 block of Buell Drive. The woman told police a man asked whether he could use her phone and, after she hesitated, she consented. He took the phone, pulled out a handgun and threatened to shoot her, demanding her purse.

The woman gave him her purse and he ran off, court records said.

While police were talking to the woman, she and her mother called her credit card companies to report the theft and deactivate the cards. One of the card companies told her the card had already been used five times, according to court documents.

The most recent transaction was at AJ Locker Room at Southgate Plaza in the 100 block of East Pettit Avenue. While police converged on the scene, the credit card representative told the woman the card was being used at a Radio Shack in the same plaza, according to court documents.

Inside Radio Shack, police arrested 20-year-old Dominic Price, of the 5900 block of Waycross Drive, and 20-year-old De'Vana Harris, of the 5500 block of Buell Drive.

Harris gave consent for the officers to search her car, and inside they found the victim's purse, boxes from recent purchases and a Glock 17 handgun. The handgun was unloaded and appeared to be damaged, records said.

Price was charged with armed robbery. Harris was charged with forgery, accusing her of using the woman's credit card, and receiving stolen property.
