    FORT WAYNE – Police searched a house northeast of downtown on Friday morning and one man was charged with multiple cocaine-related charges.

    FORT WAYNE – A window on a bus was shattered while parked on Tuesday, waiting for school to be dismissed at South Wayne Elementary School, according to a report released Friday by the Fort Wayne Police Department.

Rape among 6 charges

An Angola man was arrested early Sunday and charged with six felonies, including rape and strangulation, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department.

Kile Stockert, 27, of Angola was jailed after a 26-year old woman checked into Cameron Hospital in Angola about 5 a.m., claiming she had been sexually assaulted. The woman was taken to the Fort Wayne Sexual Assault Treatment Center.

Stockert is charged with felony rape, strangulation, criminal confinement and three counts of criminal deviate conduct.

He is being held without bond at the Steuben County jail.
