Flags to fly at half-staff as Mandela, Pearl Harbor tributes

Indiana Gov. Mike Pence is directing that flags at state sites be flown at half-staff on through sunset Monday in honor of Nelson Mandela and Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, which is Saturday.

Pence on Friday also asked businesses and residents to lower their flags.
