Ohio school bus driver accused of rape

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio – A western Ohio school bus driver has been arrested on rape charges.

Tecumseh Schools Superintendent Bradley Martin told WHIO TV (http://bit.ly/Iu3qXx) that the case could involve a student. But he said that to his knowledge, nothing happened during school hours.

Twenty-one-year-old Adam James Overholser of New Carlisle was being held in Clark County Jail in Springfield on charges of rape and gross sexual imposition.

He was due in court Thursday. No attorney was listed for him.

No other details were available immediately.
