A high-speed chase after a bank robbery in Hoagland ended after going north into Fort Wayne and then down to Poe.

The Wells Fargo bank, 14816 1st St., was robbed about 8:45 a.m., according to a statement from the Allen County Sheriff's Department. Allen County officers were told that two men went into the bank with a weapon and demanded money.

The statement said the robbers took off in a black Oldsmobile, which was soon involved in a high-speed pursuit with county and city officers that ended at Winchester and Yoder roads after three people got out of the Oldsmobile and attempted to run away.

All three were taken into custody without injury to officers, the statement said.

Brandon D. Sizemore, 24, Calvin L. Miller, 22, and Charles R. Seals Jr., 23, all of Fort Wayne, were being held at the Allen County Jail, police said.
