Work on Goshen Road to last 2 months

FORT WAYNE – Because of emergency bridge repairs scheduled for the Norfolk Southern railroad, a section of Goshen Road will have some restrictions for two months.

The work will be between Independence Drive and Butler Road starting Monday, the Fort Wayne Traffic Engineering Department announced.

It said a temporary traffic signal will be placed about 300 feet south of the railroad bridge to maintain one lane of traffic on Goshen under the bridge.

Independence Drive traffic will be restricted from making right turns on red onto Goshen, the statement said.
