Warm Winter Berry Sangria

1 (750-milliliter) bottle of red wine (cabernet sauvignon)

1/2 cup Epic Cherry Vodka

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup frozen cranberries

1/2 cup frozen berry medley (cherries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 cloves

2 star anise

1 cinnamon stick

Add all ingredients to a crock pot and stir to combine. Cover with lid, set slow cooker to low and cook for four hours, or set to high and cook for two hours. Serve warm. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

1 cup fresh brewed coffee

2 ounces vodka

1/2 cup original almond milk/ vanilla almond milk

3/4 cup apple cider beer/ale

1 ounce whipped cream vodka

2 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice

Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon

Add cider, vodka and orange juice to a martini glass. Stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Makes 1 serving.

Coconut Mintini

1/4 cup simple syrup

6 to 8 fresh mint leaves

3 ounces coconut vodka

Splash of Frangelico

4 ice cubes

Garnish with chocolate syrup and coconut flakes

Add syrup and mint leaves to a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer for one minute. Remove from heat and let slightly cool. Add mint leaves and syrup to a cocktail shaker along with the vodka, Frangelico and ice. Shake for one to two minutes to break apart the ice. Rim the martini glass in chocolate syrup and then coconut flakes. Pour equal portions of the cocktail into each martini glass. Makes 2 servings.
