A Warsaw merchant was charged Thursday with selling synthetic drugs at a gas station he owns, Warsaw police said Friday.
Jaswant Singh, 55, was charged with corrupt business influence and dealing in salvia or synthetic cannabinoids.
His bond was set at $5,000.
Two clerks at the business were charged with misdemeanor possession of a synthetic drug.
Police said they made arrests following a four-month investigation involving the Phillips 66 Convenience and Fuel station, 2518 E. Center St.
Undercover purchases were made and substances tested before arrest warrants were issued and served, police said.
