The discovery of 17 large marijuana plants outside a Monroeville house has led to a felony count against the homeowner, according to court documents filed Tuesday.
Anthony Combs, 49, of Monroeville was charged with marijuana possession. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
On Aug. 14, Allen County police went to the home and saw the plants growing in pots and in a garden at the end of the driveway, court documents said.
Combs told police the plants were for his personal use. Officers seized the plants, which, once dried and processed, weighed 4 pounds, court documents said.
