A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the May robbery of an Ossian bank.
Cameron Patterson, 28, has been identified in federal court documents as “Suspect 3” in the armed bank heist. Dontae Travier, 29, was arrested last month. Both men are from Fort Wayne.
About 2:45 p.m. May 29, the PNC bank at 1102 N. Jefferson St. in Ossian was robbed by three men. In surveillance photos released by the FBI, two of the men had their faces concealed while the other man wore sunglasses.
According to court documents, Patterson received about $10,000 as his share of the bank robbery.
Patterson was arrested at about 10:30 a.m. today by members of the FBI’s Safe Streets Task Force in the 4700 block of Holton Avenue. An Allen County Police Department’s K-9 unit assisted in the arrest, according to a release from the FBI’s Fort Wayne office.
