Man, 22, facing count of sexual misconduct

A 22-year-old rural Ashley man is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl.

Dakota Wolfe was jailed Friday on a charge of sexual misconduct with a minor, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department.

Wolfe allegedly had sexual contact with the girl in September in the Angola area. His arrest came after a three-week investigation, the sheriff’s department said.

He was held without bail at the Steuben County Jail until a court appearance.
