Areas of northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio could see heavy snow starting Sunday afternoon.
The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana issued a statement Friday afternoon, indicating the following counties are likely to have snow through Monday morning:
- Indiana – Adams, Allen, Huntington, Kosciusko, Whitley, Wabash, Wells, Pulaski, Fulton, White, Cass, Miami, Grant, Blackford and Jay.
- Ohio – Defiance, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert and Allen.
It is too soon to predict which areas, specifically, will get the most snow, the weather service said. It advised those planning to travel late Sunday through Monday to pay attention to weather updates.
