Steve Barkley of Weigand Construction drills holes for anchor bolts Thursday for the new 400 Club at Parkview Field. The enclosed seating and party area behind center field will open in late May. Also new to the stadium will be a ticket booth at the North Gate entrance and a West Gate entrance with a video board. The TinCaps’ home opener will be April 11.
