FORT WAYNE – The Allen County Coroner's Office has identified the woman shot to death Wednesday morning.

Jacqueline Bouvier Hardy, 49, of Fort Wayne, died in at Reed Street and Pettit Avenue just before 8 a.m.

Her death has been ruled a homicide, the 11th of the year for Fort Wayne and Allen County.
