Early Wednesday, officers from multiple law enforcement agencies met and organized to serve drug-related warrants in Noble County.

County Prosecuting Attorney Steven Clouse said warrants on adults were served, as well as and one juvenile detention order.

The Indiana Multi Agency Group Enforcement task force, made up of officers from Steuben, LaGrange, Noble and DeKalb counties, conducted the sweep.

Clouse released the names of adults arrested:

• Derid J. Becker, 31, of Kendallville, on three A felony counts of dealing in a controlled substance, one felony B count of dealing in a controlled substance and one misdemeanor charge of taking a juvenile to a nuisance.
• Jerid L. Becker, 31, of Topeka, on two felony counts of dealing methamphetamine.
• Nathan J. Brady, 22, of Kendallville, on one felony charge of dealing in a controlled substance and one of dealing methamphetamine.
• Alden R. Cochran, 54, of Kendallville, on one felony charge of dealing in a controlled substance.
• Heather N. Collins, 21, of Kendallville, on one felony charge of dealing methamphetamine, a felony charge of dealing a controlled substance, one of dealing a synthetic drug and one misdemeanor charge of taking a child to a nuisance.
• Wendi R. Florez, 32, of Kendallville, on one felony charge of dealing in a controlled substance.
• Gerald W. Grider, 42, of Kendallville, on two felony charges of dealing in a controlled substance.
• Judy A. Hershberger, 55 of Topeka, on one felony charge of receiving stolen property.
• Jonathan D. Hillsburg, 34, of Muskegon, Mich., on one felony charge of dealing in a controlled substance.
• Starmarie L. Hillsburg, 32 of Muskegon, Mich., on one felony charge of dealing in a controlled substance.
• Nathan K. Hinsch, 24, of Kendallville, on three felony counts of dealing methamphetamine and one felony count of dealing in a legend drug.
• A 21-year-old Kendallville man, on two counts of visiting a common nuisance. The Journal Gazette does not normally name those who are charged only with misdemeanors.
• Brandon S. Keister, 21, of Kendallville, on two felony counts of dealing methamphetamine and one felony count of dealing in a legend drug.
• Cody C. Langley, 23, of Kendallville, on one felony count each of dealing in a controlled substance (class B), class C dealing in a controlled substance and dealing marijuana.
• Amy M. Melchi, 25 of Avilla, on one felony count of dealing methamphetamine.
• Shaye Nartker, 22 of Kendallville, on one felony count of dealing in methamphetamine and one misdemeanor charge of taking a child to a nuisance.
• Marjorie F. Parker, 24, of Kendallville, on two felony counts of dealing in a controlled substance, one felony charge of neglect of a dependent and two misdemeanor counts of taking a child to a nuisance.
• Anthony Short, 40, of Kendallville, on two felony counts of dealing methamphetamine. The prosecutor said Short has also been charged in LaGrange County with a felony count of dealing methamphetamine.
• Chad N. Smith, 40, of Kendallville, on one felony charge of dealing methamphetamine.
• Joshua P. Sparkman, 40, of Kendallville, on two felony counts of dealing methamphetamine.
• Carrie E. Stahl, 32, of Kendallville, on two felony counts of dealing in a controlled substance, two felony counts of dealing methamphetamine and one misdemeanor charge of taking a child to a nuisance.
• Stephanie R. Thompson, 26, of Kendallville, on one felony charge of dealing in a controlled substance.

A 17-year-old girl was also detained at an area juvenile facility, accused of felony dealing in marijuana.

Most of the defendants are expected to make their initial court appearance on Thursday, Clouse said in a statement.

He said the Hillsburgs will face extradition proceedings from Michigan before appearing in a Noble County court.
