Franklin

Franklin needs a home

Franklin is a 1 ½-year-old neutered brown and white beagle and terrier mix.

"Hello, my name is Franklin! I am a very active and outgoing guy who loves to run and play! I would be a great candidate for the sport of flyball.

"I do well with my housebreaking but might need an adjustment period when I come home with you. The staff recommends you crate train me to help with this transition.

"Because of my dominating personality, I require obedience training and come with a training discount coupon for a local trainer.

"I seem to get along well with other dogs as long as they are not overbearing. I do not get along well with cats.

"If you are looking for a fun jogging buddy and a smart dog who needs some attention, please ask to see me today!"

He is available for adoption at the Allen County SPCA, 4914 Hanna St.

The shelter is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
