Time to get vocal

The TinCaps are looking for a few educated vocal chords.

The team has announced National Anthem tryouts for the 2013 season. The tryouts are open to individuals, groups and instrumentalists, and will take place during the coming weeks. Among the judges will be Lindsey Helmer-Kraner, creative director of the Voal Power Academy.

To reserve an audition time, performers should contact Keirsh Cochran at 260-407-2828. The team is not accepting walk-up auditions, and there is no guarantee every performer who tries out will be accepted to sing before one of the 70 home games this season.

Although performers do not receive monetary compensation, they dop get four tickets to the game at which they perform.
