Child-porn suspect accused of raping infant, 9-year-old

CINCINNATI – Prosecutors say a Cincinnati man already facing federal child pornography charges has been accused of raping an infant and 9-year-old girl who were related to his girlfriends.

The Cincinnati Enquirer (http://cin.ci/YEq7sk) reports that the county grand jury on Tuesday indicted 38-year-old James Napier. The 11-count state indictment charges him with raping the 11-month-old and 9-year-old girls and producing videos of the acts.

The 23 federal charges involve allegations of child porn involving those children and other images. He was arrested last month following a two-year investigation.

If convicted of the charges, Napier could face life in prison. Details of his legal representation were not immediately available.
