Fergie, Duhamel expecting

Fergie is pregnant with her first child.

A representative for the Black Eyed Peas singer confirmed the news Monday. Fergie’s actor husband Josh Duhamel tweeted about the news with joy, saying: “Fergie and Me and BABY makes three.”

The 37-year-old Fergie and 40-year-old Duhamel married in 2009.

Duhamel appears in the new film “Safe Haven.”

A boy for Grant

Hugh Grant says he has become a father for the second time.

The “Four Weddings and a Funeral” star used his Twitter account to announce Saturday: “Am thrilled my daughter now has a brother. Adore them both to an uncool degree.”

Grant’s sometime girlfriend Tinglan Hong gave birth to the couple’s daughter in 2011.

Biography due

Some final words from the late Mexican-American singer and TV star Jenni Rivera will be out this summer.

Atria Books announced Monday it’s publishing a memoir by the multimillion-selling artist, who died in a plane crash in December at age 43.

“Unbreakable” is scheduled to come out in July.

Rivera had been working on “Unbreakable” for several years.

Park problems

Rapper Lil Wayne’s skate park project in New Orleans’ Lower 9th Ward is off to a bumpy start.

The building that houses the park didn’t pass a city electrical inspection and had to be rewired. Only a handful of children can skate at a time because of a staffing shortage. Many days, the park hasn’t been open at all.

The park is in an area that was all but wiped out by Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
