Joshua Bell, 29, had five years of his sentence suspended and was ordered to serve three more on home detention, giving him six years to serve behind bars, according to court records.
Bell and his wife, Sheri Bell, were arrested in August after police found drugs in their home in the 3900 block of Foresthill Avenue, according to court documents.
The Bells were charged with felony counts of possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of precursors, dumping controlled substance waste and neglect of a dependent. They were also charged with misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and Joshua Bell was charged with felony dealing methamphetamine.
Late last year, Joshua Bell pleaded guilty to the dealing and neglect counts, according to court records.
Sheri Bell pleaded guilty to several charges against her in September and entered into a drug diversion program, according to Allen Superior Court records.
