Veterans and city officials gathered Friday to rededicate the WWI Memorial moved to McCulloch Park, which has been on the fenced-in grounds of nearby General Electric for 89 years. A mix of sleet and freezing rain will move into the area late Sunday afternoon and persist until temperatures rise above freezing by late evening. Ice accumulations of up to a one-tenth of an inch are expected.
