About 3 p.m. Thursday the Rev. Bill McGill looked out of his window and pondered that it was the 37th day of his 40-day fast to draw attention to violence in the community, and there had been no civilian-on-civilian homicides in Fort Wayne.A single-vehicle crash claimed the life of a 60-year-old man Sunday morning in Angola.
The police department reported Monday afternoon that a man identified as John E. Pentico died at the scene of the crash, which occured at 8:51 a.m. in the 1000 block of South Wayne Street.
