Harangody Performer of Week

Luke Harangody, whose late-December appearance with the Mad Ants has helped ignite a seven-game winning streak, was named NBA Development League Performer of the Week.

The 6-foot-7 former Notre Dame forward helped the Ants to win three games last week, including two victories in the NBA D-League Showcase in Reno, Nev. Harangody averaged 21.3 points, 16.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists. He scored a season-high 27 points in a 116-97 win over the Rio Grande Vipers in Reno and added a season-high 21 rebounds in a 112-84 win at Erie on Jan. 12.

The Ants (10-10) have six road games remaining before they return to Fort Wayne on Jan. 31. The team plays at Los Angeles on Wednesday.
