Rolling stop set for southbound I-69

A rolling stop has been planned for southbound Interstate 69 traffic north of the Union Chapel Road exit about 1:30 p.m. Thursday, the Indiana Department of Transportation said today.

The rolling stop, which will begin near the County Road 11A exit in DeKalb County, will allow a box truss for signage to be lifted over the southbound lanes of the interstate, the transportation department said in a statement.

Drivers should consider alternate routes or plan for delays, the statement said.
