Lohan probation revoked

A judge revoked Lindsay Lohan’s probation on Wednesday and scheduled a hearing that could result in more jail time.

The ruling in Los Angeles came as the 26-year-old actress – who did not appear in court – faces misdemeanor counts of reckless driving, lying to a police officer and obstructing an officer from performing duties after an accident in which her Porsche slammed into the back of a dump truck in June.

Lohan was on probation at the time after previously being convicted of the misdemeanor theft of a necklace.

A probation violation hearing was set for Jan. 15.

‘Storage’ suit filed

Some of the valuables found hidden in abandoned lockers on A&E’s “Storage Wars” have been added by producers to deceive viewers, a former cast member of the show claims in a lawsuit filed Tuesday.

David Hester’s suit claims producers have added items to lockers in order to build drama for the show and that his complaints led to his firing.

Hester is seeking more than $750,000 in his wrongful termination, breach of contract and unfair business practices lawsuit.

Custody agreement

A custody agreement has been reached for teen “Modern Family” star Ariel Winter, and her father will have temporary control of her finances.

It was reached Wednesday in Los Angeles before a trial was to begin.

Winter will continue living with her adult sister at least until March 29 when the parties review the agreement.
