Four school buses filled with middle and high school students were involved in a crash on Indiana 13, north of North Webster on Wednesday afternoon.A 30-year-old former Angola man charged last month with child molesting was caught Tuesday afternoon by the U.S. Marshals Service in El Dorado, Ark.
McDowell, 30, was arrested on a Steuben County warrant charging him with class A felony child molesting. He is accused of molesting a girl younger than 14.
The warrant was issued on Nov. 15.
McDowell is currently being held in Arkansas at the Union County Jail awaiting extradition back to Steuben County, the sheriff's department said.
